The poolside grilling area feature a variety of seating that will accommodate everyone and there is even a fire pit for chilly nights. For a quiet and relaxing space that will offer a break from the hustle and bustle of the swimming pool, you can take advantage of the Zen courtyard and soak up the sun in one of the hammocks.

If you’re wanting to get outdoors and explore the waterfront, the private boardwalk is the perfect place to go. You can park your boat in the private marina or just look at all of the boats, or you can get active and utilize the paddle board/kayak launch and enjoy the water.

When you need a break from the outdoors or if you’re not a fan of spending time outside, you can head indoors to our elegant clubhouse. In the Aqua Lounge, you will find a variety of seating where you can rest and watch TV, or you can host friends at the bar and kitchen area. For a more intimate setting while hosting, you can utilize the Wine Lounge. The large table and private setting will offer the perfect place to host and interact with your guests.

On the second floor, there is spin area where you can participate in classes on demand.
