BREED RESTRICTIONS: Excluded dog breeds include Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bull Dog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American or Bull Staffordshire Terrier, Bullmastiff, Bull Terrier, Chinese Shar-Pei, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Stafford Terrier, Chow, German Shepherd and any mix thereof. Letter required by Certified Veterinarian for proof of breed, weight, and required vaccinations.

Within our community, each leaseholder will be provided with one gate sticker that will serve as a parking permit that allows entrance to our covered parking garage. For any additional stickers, there will be a fee of $100. Reserved parking spaces are available for a monthly fee of $125.00 per month. EV Car Charging is available for a charging fee.
Residents will enjoy the convenience of parking in a covered garage with access to select floors.
